Our philosophy of production is a fusion of technology and tradition, yielding a great quality wine obtained thanks to the proper use of modern vinification procedures combined with the use of the barrique and tonneaux where our most important wines rest for 18 months like the Merlot “Scaglia Rossa”, the Refosco dal p.r. and the prestigious Schioppettino the history of which is rooted in this area.
